Ensuring a Safe, Fair, and Respectful Campus
Our institution is committed to providing a workspace and study environment free from discrimination, harassment, and intimidation. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, the college has established the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) to address grievances effectively and maintain the dignity of every individual on campus.
Our Objectives

Redressal: To provide a fair, confidential, and time-bound mechanism for the redressal of complaints.
Prevention: To create awareness through workshops, seminars, and posters regarding gender sensitization and legal rights.
Support: To offer psychological and emotional support to the aggrieved parties during the inquiry process.
Complaint Procedure
Submission: An aggrieved person can submit a written complaint to any member of the ICC within three months of the incident.
Confidentiality: The identity of the complainant and the details of the inquiry are kept strictly confidential.
